1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, submitting the quote form, or calling the number listed here, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a request.

2. What Get Pest Fixed is — and is not

Get Pest Fixed, operated by Ridge Rise Media, is a referral and lead matching service. We collect the details of your pest problem and pass them to independent, third-party pest control providers who serve your area so they can contact you.

We are not a pest control company. We do not inspect, treat, or exterminate anything. We do not employ, supervise, license, bond, insure, or guarantee the providers we refer you to, and we do not set their prices. Any agreement for actual pest control work is between you and that provider alone.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States, and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You must be the owner of, or an authorized user of, the phone number and email address you submit.

4. The information you submit

You agree that the information you give us is accurate, current, and your own. Submitting someone else's contact details without their permission, or submitting deliberately false information, is a breach of these terms, and we may refuse or remove any request at our discretion.

You grant us permission to store your submission, to transmit it to the providers and partners described in our Privacy Policy, and to retain a record of your consent.

5. Consent to be contacted

By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you expressly agree that Get Pest Fixed and the pest control providers listed on our Participating Providers page may contact you at the phone number you provided, including by calls and text messages placed using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded or artificial voice, even if that number is registered on a federal or state Do Not Call list.

This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to stop receiving texts from that sender; see our Privacy Policy for the other ways to opt out. You may also skip the form entirely and simply call us at +18336941155.

6. No guarantee of service, price, or outcome

Service availability varies by location, and same-day appointments depend on a provider having an open slot. Statements on this site about response times, free inspections, written quotes, guarantees, or turnaround are descriptions of what participating providers commonly offer — they are not promises by us that any particular provider will offer them to you.

We do not guarantee that you will be contacted, that a provider serves your ZIP code, that a quote will be within any price range, or that any treatment will succeed. Reviews and ratings shown on this site are aggregate figures and do not reflect any specific provider.

7. Independent service providers

Providers are independent contractors, not our agents, employees, or partners in a legal sense. We are not responsible for their conduct, licensing, insurance, workmanship, pricing, scheduling, damages, warranties, or disputes with you. You are responsible for verifying a provider's license and insurance before allowing work to begin, and any claim arising from their work is between you and them.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorization.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access, harvest from, or submit to this site.
• Interfere with the site's operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Copy, reproduce, or republish the site's content without permission.

9. Intellectual property

The site and its content — text, layout, graphics, and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the referral service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Get Pest Fixed nor its officers, employees, or agents will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, property damage, personal injury, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site, the referral service, or any provider's conduct or work — whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms or the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ridge Rise Media and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or the information you submitted.

14. Dispute resolution and arbitration

Please read this section carefully — it affects your rights.

Except for claims that qualify for small claims court and claims seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in or, at your election, in your home county or by telephone or videoconference.

Class action waiver. You and we each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding.

Your right to opt out. You may reject this arbitration agreement by emailing support@getpestfixed.com within 30 days of first using the site, with your name, the phone number you submitted, and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.

Before filing, both sides agree to try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days after written notice is sent to the addresses in section 18.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of , without regard to its conflict of law rules. To the extent any dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in .

16. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

17. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site, and supersede any prior understanding on the subject.
